Kisah menarik dari seorang reporter hiburan yang bertukar tubuh dengan pemimpin grup idola boyband. Mereka berdua harus dihadapkan dengan situasi yang kacau dan tak mereka bayangkan sebelumnya. Jiang Yi (Steven Zhang) adalah pria tampan, dingin sekaligus bintang idola besar dalam industri hiburan. Tak hanya itu saja, Dia ini jadi pempimpin di grup boy bandnya. Sejak kedua orang tuanya bercerai, Jiang Yi tidak pandai mengekspresikan dirinya. Dia selalu bersikap dingin dihadapan orang lain.

Di sisi lain Yu Sheng Sheng (Liang Jie) adalah gadis bersemangat dan muda tersenyum yang berprofesi sebagai reporter hiburan. Suatu ketika, Ia mengalami hal yang aneh ketika terlibat dengan Jiang Yi. Tubuh mereka berdua bertukar pada hari ulang tahun mereka dan keduanya memiliki hari ulang tahun yang sama. Mereka berdua dalam kondisi yang harus menjaga dan melindungi satu sama lain. Yu Sheng Sheng mencoba menjalani kehidupan Jiang Yi dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Secara bertahap Jiang Yi dan Yu Sheng Sheng akhirnya jatuh cinta.
